its a great little radio, really simple and very easy to program. I would program it for UK PMR (not strictly compliant) but for an emergency radio could be very useful to keep in contact with a family member should the lights go out with no phone signal. Its cheap! at £49.99 it offers really good value with a touch of quality, it will also charge from a USB power bank..
